Day-Of Coordination Services

Starting at $1575 for 2026 | $1654 for 2027

• Includes twelve (12) hours of support and assistance on the day of your event**

• One (1) 30-minute meeting with the Lead Curator within 180 days of signing the Agreement

• One (1) 30 minute meeting with Day-of Curator within 14 days after the Client has been notified of their Day-of Curator assignment

• One (1) 30-minute meeting with your Day-of Curator 30-45 days before the wedding date

• One (1) final 30-minute touch-base meeting the week of the wedding event

• Resources and guidance to assist with creating your wedding day timeline/itinerary

• Distribution of the itinerary to all creative partners/vendors and key stakeholders

• Confirmation of all vendors contracted by you prior to the event date

• Serve as point person and provide management for all creative partners throughout the day

• Supervise and assist with all set-up and tear-down for the event

• Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors (provided by the clients)

• Unlimited access to Lead Curator via email for any questions or concerns leading up to event

**Additional hours of support or additional staffing may be needed to complete set up and tear down of your wedding event. These additional hours will be offered at a reduced rate.

The Little Bear

Month-of Coordination Services

Starting at $2100 for 2026 | $2205 for 2027

• Up to thirteen (13) hours day of assistance and support on the day of your event **

• Up to five (5) hours of support and assistance by Lead Curator and/or Day-of Curator in the 30-45 days leading up to the wedding

• One (1) 30 minute meeting with the Lead Curator within around 180 days from your wedding day

• One (1) 30 minute meeting with your Day-of Curator within 14 days after receiving your Day-of Curator assignment

• One (1) 60 minute meeting with your Day-of Curator 30-45 days prior to the wedding date

• One (1) final 30 minute touch base meeting the week of the wedding

• Unlimited access to the Lead Curator via email & phone to answer any questions or concerns

• Review of your creative partner/vendor contracts

• Creation and implementation of your wedding day timeline/itinerary

• Distribution of your itinerary to all creative partners/vendors and key stakeholders

• Confirmation of vendors contracted by you in advance prior to the date of your event

• Serve as point person and manage all creative partners throughout the day of your event

• Supervise & assist with all set up and tear down of décor for your event

• Confirmation of your dance and entertainment schedule

• Distribution of final payments and gratuities to all vendors (provided by the you)

• Guidance with etiquette & general wedding matters

**Additional hours of support or additional staffing may be needed to complete set up and tear down of your wedding event. These additional hours will be offered at a reduced rate.
