Full Scale Design and Curation, Planning, and Coordination
Starting at $3628 for 2025 | $3809 for 2026
Up to sixteen (16) hours of day of assistance and support on the day of your event**
Up to sixteen (16) hours of support and assistance during the planning process
One (1) 60 minute budget development and allocation meeting within 14 days after signing the Agreement
One (1) 60 minute vendor selection and review meeting within 30 days after signing the Agreement
One (1) 60 design proposal review and edit meeting within 60 days after signing the Agreement
Two (2) 60 minute quarterly touch base meetings during the 2nd quarter of the planning process
Two (2) 60 minute quarterly touch base meetings during the 3rd quarter of the planning process
One (1) 60 minute meeting within 30-45 days from the wedding event
One (1) 30 minute limited access to Curator via email & phone to answer any questions or concerns
Full scale design and development of your wedding brand, including visual elements, color palette, typeface, decor, etc.
Development of a cohesive design and brand proposal for review and consideration with the opportunity for revisions
Assistance in the development and management of your budget, including outlining your event priorities
Assistance with payment reminders for all creative partners/vendors leading up to your event
Management of the vendor selection process, including vetting, availability and recommendations/referrals
Assistance with the development of client food and beverage menu
Assistance with selection of gifts for wedding party or out of town guests. (i.e. ordering & delivering)
Manage the RFP process for wedding day hotel room block(s) and sign agreements on behalf of the Clients
Review of your creative partner/vendor contracts
Coordination of your wedding rehearsal (1 hour) and assistance with your rehearsal dinner arrangements*
Development and management of your wedding day timeline/itinerary / Distribution to all vendors and key stakeholders
Confirmation with vendors contracted by you in advance prior to the date of your event
Serve as point person and provide management to all creative partners throughout the day of your wedding event
Supervise & assist with all set up and tear down for your event
Confirmation of the dance and entertainment schedule
Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors (provided by the client)
Assistance in building Wedding Emergency Kits for restrooms
Guidance with etiquette & general wedding matters
*If outside of the Madison area, reimbursement of overnight accommodations will be required for the evening of the rehearsal event.
**Additional hours of support or staff can be added if necessary
