Officiant Services - Starting at $475

The wedding ceremony truly is the most important part of your wedding day. After all, it is the sole reason for having the celebration afterward. OSO IN LOVE offers wedding ceremony and officiant services in addition to our wedding curator packages. Our owner is ordained has officiated many weddings over the last thirteen (13) years. When you book officiant services with OSO IN LOVE, here is what is included:

• A discovery meeting with the officiant to discuss your ceremony, values, and priorities for the service

• Writing and crafting the perfect wedding ceremony for you and your guests including selection of readings, poems, music selections, etc.

• Rehearsal of the ceremony within 48 hours of your wedding day

• Officiating the wedding ceremony and coordinating the signing of the marriage license

• Submission of the marriage license paperwork following the wedding

Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal Coordination - $200*

If the package that you select does not include coordination of your wedding rehearsal, you can add this service to your package. OSO IN LOVE will provide guidance and facilitate your wedding rehearsal, including a full run through of the ceremony from the processional through the recessional.

*If outside of the Madison area, reimbursement of overnight accommodations will be required for the evening of the rehearsal event.

The Night Before Coordination - Starting at $875

The celebration doesn't have to wait for the walk down the aisle—let’s kick things off with a stress-free "Night Before" that’s as fun as the big day itself! Whether you’re dreaming of a chic rooftop cocktail hour, a cozy rehearsal dinner, or an intimate backyard gathering for your favorite people, we’re here to handle the behind-the-scenes magic so you can actually enjoy your first toast. From scouting the perfect hidden-gem venues to hand-picking the creative partners who bring the vibe to life, we take the guesswork out of the planning. We’ll manage all your vendors and provide up to four hours of hands-on support to tackle everything from the initial setup to the final cleanup. You just bring the guest list and the good energy; we’ll make sure every candle is lit, every drink is poured, and the only thing you have to worry about is getting enough beauty sleep.

Creative Direction | Design & Branding - Starting at $1250

Under the expert guidance of our Founder and Lead Curator, Rob Anderson, we specialize in transforming your inspiration into a cohesive vision. Our process handles every detail of the aesthetic journey—crafting immersive mood boards that define your color story, florals, lighting, paperie. and even scent! Additionally, we source all decor, textiles and furnishings to create a cohesive and harmonious space, perfect your wedding day celebration.

Graphic Design Services - $35 per hour

OSO IN LOVE offers couples the option of design and printing of wedding invitations, save the date postcards, wedding programs, name cards, menus, welcome signage, seating assignment charts and more. Couples can choose between a cost effective print option, or an exclusive OSO IN LOVE rate on custom prints through the retail vendor Zazzle, Zola, or LESLIE. Ask for additional examples of past work. Design work is billed by the hour at a rate of $35.00 per hour.

Budget Development & Management - Starting at $500

Our wedding budget development and management service is designed to transform financial planning from a stressor into a strategic roadmap for your celebration. We begin with a foundational strategy meeting to pinpoint your core priorities, ensuring every dollar spent enhances the overall guest experience. By providing a comprehensive breakdown of low, high, and assumed costs for every vendor category, we eliminate guesswork and provide total pricing transparency. Throughout the process, we offer expert insights into sophisticated cost-saving opportunities—identifying clever ways to optimize your investment without ever sacrificing quality or diminishing the magic of your guests' experience.

Vendor Matchmaking - Starting at $550

Planning a wedding should feel like a celebration, but too often, the joy of "Yes!" gets buried under the weight of endless spreadsheets and the hunt for the perfect photographer or florist. Our vendor matchmaking service is designed to give you your engagement back by replacing the stress of the search with the ease of expert curation. Instead of spending months vetting strangers and cross-referencing calendars, you’ll be presented with a hand-selected "Dream Team" of wedding professionals who are already available, aligned with your budget, and deeply inspired by your specific vision. From the first floral arrangement to the final song of the night, we bridge the gap between your Pinterest board and reality, ensuring every vendor you hire is a perfect personality match. It’s a seamless, stress-free path to your big day, allowing you to stop playing project manager and start being a guest at your own wedding.

Guest Concierge Services - Starting at $500

We believe that for our guests, the celebration should begin the moment you leave your front door. To ensure your journey is as breathtaking as the destination, we’ve introduced a dedicated Guest Concierge service designed to transform travel logistics into a seamless, luxury experience. Instead of navigating the complexities of flight schedules and hotel availability, you can let our experts handle the heavy lifting—from negotiating exclusive rates at our favorite hotels near your wedding venue to coordinating private, effortless transportation that whisks your from the airport, to the hotel, to the dance floor. Whether it’s organizing curated group excursions that showcase the best of the local culture, managing the secure delivery of welcome gifts for your out of town guests, or tailoring individual travel itineraries, our concierge team is here to ensure you never have to worry about the "how." Our goal is to remove every ounce of travel stress, allowing your guests to arrive relaxed, pampered, and ready to focus entirely on the joy of the weekend ahead.

Mailing Coordination | RSVP Management - Starting at $550

Our full-service invitation management takes the tedious logistics of paper goods and transforms them into a hands-off, polished experience. From the initial mailing of your save-the-dates to the final assembly of your invitation suites, we handle the delicate work of stuffing, professional addressing, and precisely affixing postage so your first impression is flawless. But our support doesn’t end at the mailbox; we act as your personal RSVP command center, diligently tracking every response, cataloging dietary restrictions, and organizing meal selections with meticulous detail. As your RSVPs roll in, we provide real-time monitoring of attendance for your entire wedding weekend—whether it’s the guest count for welcome cocktails, the seating for your rehearsal dinner, or the final headcount for a farewell brunch. We bridge the gap between your guest list and your vendors, ensuring that by the time your wedding weekend arrives, every detail is accounted for and you haven't spent a single second stressed over a spreadsheet.

Linen Rental Services

OSO IN LOVE is pleased to provide linen rental services to clients planning weddings and events. We offer linens through partnerships with multiple linen suppliers to offer couples a diverse menu of linen textiles and colors to add a touch of elegance to your event. Linens are picked up directly from the supplier and are returned back to the supplier following the event. Rental rates are competitive with both online and other area rental companies.

Decor Rental Services

OSO IN LOVE is pleased to provide couples the opportunity to rent decor elements from our inventory of goods. Items include back drop frames, charger plates, votive candle holders, candlestick holders, open chimney hurricanes, table number frames, large format signage frames, and more.

Music + DJ + Entertainment Services - Starting at $1450

With our partner, Papa Bear Productions, we can provide you with music services for any or all parts of your special day. Whether it is prerecorded instrumental or vocal selections for your wedding ceremony, smooth jazz or selections appropriate for your cocktail reception and dinner, or high energy music and family favorites for your dance, papa bear productions can do it all.

With multiple battery operated high powered LED lights, we can wash the walls in decorative light that coordinates with your wedding's color palette.
